Project Description
This development of 3No. detached houses is located on the edge of Barton and is accessed via a private drive. The development replaces a single dwelling built in the 1930's. The design comprises of simple gable ended forms which face onto the open countryside and is intended to echo an agricultural vernacular. Timber louvers have been added to the glazed gables to provide solar shading, and the units will be heated via air source heat pumps.
