Project Description
This scheme for 13No. one-bedroom serviced apartments replaced a former light industrial unit. Each apartment is provided with an external balcony which projects from the building and is clad in obscure glass to provide privacy from adjacent buildings. Internally, bedrooms open onto the living rooms with sliding doors to create an enhanced sense of space. Visitor parking and bin & cycle parking is provided on the ground floor with perforated bricks used to facilitate ventilation.
