This interior design concept is based on NP Architect’s residential flats project, a modern development with a top-floor penthouse that has a terrace overlooking Parker’s Piece. The design takes inspiration from contemporary city living, combining calm, light-colored furnishings with sculptural elements and carefully chosen accents. A neutral palette makes the space feel open, while contrasts add a touch of sophistication, keeping each area modern yet cozy. The design uses natural, light-toned materials like light oak wood, muted stone surfaces, and soft textiles. To create visual depth, dark glass and sculptural pieces, such as uniquely shaped tables and accent chairs, are subtly added. The open-plan living room features floor-to-ceiling windows to highlight the panoramic views. Sculptural light fixtures and standout furniture add energy to the minimalist setting. The peaceful master suite, with its private terrace overlooking the park, mirrors the modern city atmosphere. Overall, the design blends the comfort of urban living with the peaceful views of the park.
