Project Description
This scheme involved the renovation and subdivision of a terrace fronting City Road, together with the rebuilding of former workshops at the rear to form a total of five dwellings.
The former workshops at the rear, which were in a state of disrepair, were demolished and rebuilt to a similar external appearance (reusing materials such as bricks where possible) to accommodate two large dwellings which are set in a courtyard arrangement.
