Project Description
This block of twelve apartments was built in the former gardens of Mill House. The front is screened from the busy road by a carport which runs behind the original boundary wall. The apartment block has a stepped form with the highest part at four storeys. Corner balconies and windows take advantage of the view from the upper floors. The original material was intended to be re-constituted stone rather than the current buff brick.
